- Maximum Pets: 2 per apartment
- Monthly Pet Rent: $35 per pet
- One-Time Pet Fee: $350 for the first pet, $150 for each additional pet (nonrefundable)
To help keep our community clean and enjoyable for everyone, we participate in the Poo Prints DNA Program. All dogs are required to complete a quick DNA cheek swab at move-in.
